If your order has not already been printed we may be able to help you. Simply email help@palettenotebooks.com with your order number and the change you are looking to make and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

We offer refunds for printing errors but not for design choices. Be careful, what you see is what gets printed and you have time to review before adding to your bag.
